Look at how California governor Gavin Newsom wears his "mask"! 🙄😁😒

Newsom issued "GUIDANCE FOR THE USE OF FACE COVERINGS" on June 18 and he claims in a tweet that "Californians are now REQUIRED to wear face coverings in public spaces," but he listed no law, code or statue number that would specify the details or penalties for non-compliance. [See:
