65-year-old Miami-Dade Mayor Carlos Giminez is running for Congress and was endorsed by Trump this past January. Giminez once threatened to leave the Republican party and called for Trump to drop out of the presidential race in 2016. Giminez recently issued a facemask order in Miami. He is not a conservative in any way. He claimed that the president would wear a mask when he visits Miami on July 10, 2020, but President Trump did not. Good for Trump!
President Donald Trump landed at Miami International Airport on July 10, 2020. He didn't wear a mask. Miami-Dade County has a mask-wearing mandate issued by Mayor Carlos Gimenez, a Republican.
Miami-Dade Mayor Giménez says Trump must wear a mask if he visits Miami-Dade under his new county mandateTrump did wear a mask on 7/11/20 at Walter Reed.
